Mechanical Stability Shear Stability
Base Oil Viscosity Film Thickness
Low-Temp Torque Cold Start
Four-Ball Test Wear & EP Performance

Test methods and available data vary by product.

One Grease Cannot Fit Every Motion System

Precision engineering requires precision tribology.

High-Speed Systems

May require lower base-oil viscosity and lower resistance to prevent overheating and energy loss.

Heavy-Load Systems

Require stronger extreme-pressure (EP) performance and mechanical stability to maintain the lubricating film.

Short-Stroke Motion

Can easily create fretting wear due to restricted lubricant replenishment. Specialized additives are needed.

Clean Environments

Cleanroom equipment requires stricter dust and contamination control, demanding low-dust grease formulations.
